Real Estate Valuation for Foreigners' Buying Transactions and Citizenship Rights

In line with the "Regulation on the Amendment of the Regulation on the Implementation of the Turkish Citizenship Law" and the circular published by the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre on the "Searching for Valuation Reports in the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners" on 15 February 2019, we support the preparation of real estate valuation reports required for purchase transactions by foreigners and their citizenship rights. We evaluate the legal, economic and physical condition of your properties in an independent and impartial manner, within the framework of international standards and current laws and regulations by taking into account their potential for return.
