Advisory Committee

In addition to ensuring that the interest-free banking products offered by our Bank comply with relevant regulations, these products must also align with the applicable provisions of Islamic law. To achieve this, and to base our products on an Icazet Certificate issued by the Advisory Committee, our Bank obtains advisory services in compliance with regulatory requirements.

The advisory service is provided in compliance with the relevant legislation's provision stating "Development and investment banks may fulfill their obligation to establish an advisory committee by procuring services from institutions deemed appropriate by the Union,". This service is obtained from İsfa Islamic Finance Consultancy Company, an Islamic Law Consultancy firm accredited by the Union (Participation Banks Association of Turkiye-TKBB).
